The Agilent 33250A / HP 33250A is a function, arbitrary waveform, and pulse generator in one instrument with 12 bit resolution and a 200 MS/s sampling rate. It also provides internal AM, FM, and FSK modulation capabilities, sweep and burst operation modes, and a color display. The 33250A provides easy access to standard sine, square, ramp, triangle, and pulse waveforms plus you can create custom waveforms using the 200 MSa/s, 12 bit, 64 K-point arbitrary waveform function. The variable-edge pulse function gives you unmatched flexibility for your design, verification, and test applications. GPIB and RS-232 interfaces come standard.
